RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All artwork purchased through our GALLART.COM online Store is owned outright by GALLERY ART and is backed by a Lifetime Guarantee Exchange Policy and 14 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy.

(Certain conditions may apply. Please, make sure to carefully read the entire listing and artwork description. If you are unclear or do not understand any portion of the listing or the artwork's description or our refund & return policy, please contact us before purchase for clarification.)

LIFETIME GUARANTEE EXCHANGE POLICY

Lifetime Guarantee Exchange Policy applies to all artwork purchased exclusively through our GALLART.COM platform that is past the 14 Day No Questions Asked Return Policy.

Lifetime Guarantee Exchange Policy may only be applied to exchange an artwork for other of equal value or store credit.

Artwork to be exchanged maybe subject to a condition report, authentication process and current appraisal report prior to an exchange or buyback.

Shipping and Framing costs are not included.

Additional fees, costs and taxes may apply.

REPURCHASE & BUYBACK PROVISION

GALLERY ART reserves the right to buyback artwork sold through GALLART.COM. However, GALLERY ART is not obligated to repurchase or buyback the artwork sold.

REQUEST EXCHANGE OR BUYBACK

Kindly request an exchange or buyback in person Monday- Sunday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm at our showroom located at 20633 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33180 or in writing through our GALLART.COM page and attach: Artist, Title, Dimensions, Medium and also include a recent photograph of the artwork, and any additional documentation such as the original receipt etc.

We will respond to your request within 3 business days. How we respond will depend on the artwork's current market value and condition report.

14 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY

Return period starts on the day of accepting delivery of artwork (including weekends).

We require collectors and buyers to open and inspect all purchased artwork immediately upon receipt of delivery.

Please retain the box/tube, artwork, all packaging materials and documents, as they will be required to process any returns and refunds.

Artwork to be returned for a refund maybe subject to a condition report and authentication process prior to refund.

Shipping and framing costs are not included.

REQUEST A RETURN

Kindly request the return of the artwork in person or in writing through our CONTACT page within 72 hours (including weekends) of accepting delivery of the artwork.

We will respond to your request within 3 business days. How we respond to your request will depend on:

If you are requesting a refund with your return: Your return request must include the reason for return in writing.

If the artwork arrived damaged or doesn't match the artwork's listing & description you may return the artwork for a full refund.

Or if you changed your mind or no longer desire the artwork you may return and exchange the artwork for another artwork of equal value or store credit.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within 72 hours of receipt or if you do not request a return within 72 hours of receiving artwork, we will assume that no issues were discovered and you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR RETURN REQUEST IS CONFIRMED

You must ship the return within 3 business days of your return request confirmation.

All returns must be shipped with a signature confirmation. Returns shipped without a signature will NOT be eligible for a refund.

If you do not ship the artwork within 3 business days of receiving a return confirmation from us you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

SEND THE ARTWORK BACK

Do not ship a return before contacting us or receiving a return confirmation.

When your return is confirmed,  you’ll receive a return shipping label from GALLERY ART or you’ll be asked to purchase one directly from a carrier. If you’re asked to purchase a return shipping label, and you purchased the label we will add the cost of the label to your refund. Who covers the shipping costs depends on why you're returning the artwork.

You’ll also receive a date by which you should ship the item back. You can find this date in the details of your return request which will be sent to you in writing with the subject "Return Accepted" (or you can refer to GALLERY ART 's 14 Day No Questions Asked Return Policy).

If you don't ship the return by that date, we may close the request and you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

When you send your item back, make sure a tracking number is added to your return request to avoid delays or issues in the refund process. If you were asked to purchased the return label, the tracking details must be submitted in writing or we may refuse to refund you. If you're using our label, GALLERY ART may have added the tracking number for you. If not, you should manually add tracking details to the return. 

All returns must be shipped with a signature confirmation.

Keep in mind that the condition of the artwork you return to us is important, so carefully repack it.

If you return the artwork altered, damaged, or broken during the return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, you will NOT be eligible for a refund

If returned artwork is not in our possession within the 14 day period of GALLERY ART 's return policy, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.) 

CONDITION OF RETURN POLICY 

Buyers may also be liable for any loss in value of an artwork if it's returned in a different condition from which it was received, if the artwork returned is other than the original artwork received, or if the artwork was not packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment. In the event that an artwork is returned altered or damaged, we may provide a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the artwork and restoration expenses.

This applies when the loss in value of the artwork is due to handling which was not necessary for inspecting the artwork's condition and authenticity.

Artwork that is returned and after inspection is determined to not be the original artwork received will be sent back to the buyer and a refund will not be issued.

GET YOUR REFUND

To be eligible for a refund the exact item you purchased must be returned.

Returned items that do not meet the below criteria will NOT be eligible for a refund:

Must include any provided certificates of authenticity, grading or appraisal. Included certificates, appraisals and documents must not be removed from sealed packaging.

Same or unaltered condition, and without any signs of damage outside of the original listed item condition or how it was received.

If returned artwork is not in our possession within the 14 day period of GALLERY ART 's return policy, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

GENERAL REFUND REQUIREMENTS

Once the artwork is delivered to us, your refund should be processed within 2 business days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method, bank or card issuer. You will  see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. We’ll also send you a refund notification by email if:

The original charge was created on your GALLART.COM customer account.

Your customer account has your email address stored.

CANCEL A RETURN REQUEST

It's important to make sure you're certain you want to cancel a request, as you won't be able to re-open a return request again once it's been closed.

ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Engaging in deceptive, misleading, abusive or illegal activity may result in a range of actions, including but not limited to: Issuing warnings, blocking refund or return requests, blocking opening claims, the loss of GALLERY ART 's Lifetime Guarantee Exchange Policy and 14 Day No Questions Asked Return Policy, and GALLART.COM account suspension.

Activity that is not allowed includes, but is not limited to:

Opening duplicate requests using an other account.

Filing a chargeback after receiving a refund.

Claiming an item was not received when there is proof of delivery to the buyer's address on the Order Details.

Falsely claiming an item was not as described.


Returning an artwork other than the original artwork received.

Altering or damaging an artwork and then returning it.

ORDER TRACKING

After you’ve placed your order successfully, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order tracking number, so keep it safe.

Please note that while we aim to process all orders as fast as we can, in order to ensure high quality, it can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and relayed to our shipping partner.

Currently, we’re shipping to most countries across the globe. If your chosen destination is not appearing during the checkout process, please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.

The shipping costs and times depend on your shipping destination, and you will get an estimation of the total cost and duration of your shipment as part of the checkout process. Please note that once the order has been shipped, you should be in touch with the courier to get a more accurate account of your order’s arrival.

On average, you should expect to receive your order within 14 days after you’ve placed your order with us. We will be in touch with you if we expect any delays.
